Phillips of Charlotte’s Troop 256 in metallurgy techniques as part of last weekend’s merit badge extravaganza, hosted by Winnsboro’s Troop 49. More than 130 Scouts took part in classes unique to Fairfield County, including a railroading class at the SC Railroad Museum, a Nuclear Science class at V.C. Summer Nuclear Station and many others.
