WINNSBORO: Dr. James M. Ruff, 88, of Winnsboro and formerly of Anderson, S.C., died Thursday, Sept., 27, 2012. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 at Bethel United Methodist Church in Winnsboro, S.C.
