On behalf of International Lions District 32-D, Winnsboro Lions Club President Gene Clemens (left) recently presented Club Secretary Richard Hodges with a citation for outstanding service. Lion Hodges has served as secretary and chaplain for the Winnsboro Club for a number of years and supervises the club’s eyeglasses assistance program.
