Tabitha Scoggins Costenbader

WINNSBORO – Funeral services for Tabitha Gail Costenbader, age 33, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Lebanon Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Lane Keister with the Rev. James I. Riley assisting. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday evening at Pope Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Susie/Sheila Costenbader, 10448 Jackson Creek Road, Winnsboro, S.C.

Tabitha died in her home on Sunday morning, May 19, 2013. She was the wife of Matthew Costenbader and the daughter of John Thomas Scoggins and the late Stephanie Derrick Scoggins. She was born on Oct. 1, 1979 in Biloxi, Miss. Tabitha was self-employed as an in-home caregiver. She was vibrant and full of life, enjoying many outdoor activities.

In addition to Matthew, her husband, she is survived by two brothers, Chase Scoggins and Cole Scoggins, both of Lexington; and one sister, Tiffanie Metze of Columbia.
