The Richard Winn Academy Lady Eagle volleyball team got the season off to a good start with a road victory at Ben Lippen School in Columbia on Aug. 22. The Lady Eagles wasted no time in taking control of the contest and took three straight games, 25-7, 25-10 and 25-10 from the Lady Falcons.
The Lady Eagles traveled to Columbia on Monday to face another 3A SCISA school – Heathwood Hall, before returning to play their first home match on Thursday (Aug. 29) against Newberry Academy.
