These First Citizens Bank Santas show off the three $100 bills they will be presenting to the winner of The Independent Voice’s College Bowl U Pick ‘Em Contest that can be found on page 16 in this issue. The three bank managers, Dan Preagler (Winnsboro First Citizens), Eddie Wingard (Blythewood First Citizens) and E. C. Harrelson (Ridgeway First Citizens) will be on hand to present the post-Christmas prize on Jan. 13. The contest entry form will be published again in the Dec. 27 issue of The Voice. The contest includes 16 college bowl games presented by 16 local advertisers. Entrants pick a winner for each bowl and the entry with the most bowl winners wins. In case of a tie, the entry with the number closest to the total points scored (without going over) in the BCS title game will win. Only one entry per person, and all entries must be postmarked by Dec. 28.
