Rock Around the Clock Rescheduled

WINNSBORO – The annual Rock Around the Clock festival, slated for this weekend, has been rescheduled because of impending heavy rain. The festival will be held Oct. 30-31 and will incorporate Winnsboro’s downtown merchants’ Pumpkin Fest.
