Penny Renwick of Winnsboro touches the name of her father, Harold McGill (Mac) Renwick Jr., engraved on The Wall that Heals, a half-size replica of the Vietnam War Memorial that was displayed in Doko Park in Blythewood over the Memorial Day weekend. Renwick Jr. was killed in Vietnam on Feb. 28, 1967, when his daughter was 22 months old. Visiting the Wall with her daughter are Renwick Jr.’s widow, Perry-Anne Renwick, right, and Bobby and Ann Pope, all of Winnsboro.
