Kathy Faulk, a member of the Hoof & Paw Benevolent Society, accepts a check from Fairfield County Sheriff Will Montgomery on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office. The $500 check was donated to the $1,500 reward fund raised by Hoof & Paw to bring to justice the man who dragged a dog behind his vehicle last winter.
