Ridgeway greyhound Winston was named winner of the National Oval Track Racing Association at the Camden Historic Polo Grounds on Nov. 6. The 2-1/2-year-old also won the title last year. He was undefeated in all three of the 350 meter races for his recent win and has been ranked first in oval track racing in 2015 and to date in 2016. Often seen strolling with his family through Blythewood’s Doko Park during market days or visiting local outdoor craft venues, Winston is owned by Wanda and Randy Bright of Ridgeway.
