Former Blythewood Bengals Grayson Greiner (pictured) and Andrew Beckwith will return to the BHS diamond Dec. 10 as coaches in the first Blythewood Baseball Alumni Game. Greiner, a 2011 graduate, went on to catch for South Carolina from 2012 to 2014. He was selected in the third round of the MLB draft by the Detroit Tigers and is currently with AAA Toledo. Beckwith was introduced to the national stage last spring as he helped lead Coastal Carolina to a national championship. Both will be on hand before the game to sign autographs. Batting practice begins at 10:30 a.m. Admission is free. A chicken bog to raise funds for the BHS baseball program accompanies the game. Plates are $10.
