YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a hearing will be held in the captioned action before the Sixth Judicial Circuit Judge on June 1, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairfield County Courthouse, S. Congress Street, Winnsboro, South Carolina, to take testimony and to hear and determine all issues of law and fact as to the condemnation of said property for the Winnsboro water line.
