LIS PENDENS
Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced by the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants involving the ownership of the below identified property:
All that piece, parcel or tract of land, containing eleven and one-half acres (11 ½), more or less, lying, being and situate in the Longtown section of the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, having such special shape, metes, courses and distances as are shown on a plat prepared by Oliver Johnson, RLS, dated January 7, 1967, which was recorded by lands of Dave Tucker and by the centerline of of thpaved highway known as Old Columbia Road, now known as Park Road; on the southwest the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County in Deed Book “DM” at page 127, and being bounded, now or formerly, on the north or northeast by lands of Mary L. Blaylock and lands of Dave Tucker; on the east and southeast by lands of Dave Tucker and the centerline of Old Columbia Road, now known as Park Road; on the southwest by lands of Walter A. Reeves.
This being the property conveyed to Libby Tucker by deed of Walter A. Reeves which was recorded in said Clerk’s Office I Deed Book “DM” at page 128, on January 10, 1967.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber at his offices, 111-A South Congress Street, Post Office Drawer 329, Winnsboro, South Carolina, 29180, within thirty (30) days after the service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgement by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
