NOTICE OF SALE BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: South State Bank vs. James W. Carter, II a/k/a James Carter; Karen P. Carter a/k/a Karen Carter; , C/A No. 2017CP2000035, The following property will be sold on June 5, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the Fairfield County Courthouse to the highest bidder All those certain pieces, parcels or lots of land, with any and all improvements thereon, lying, being and situate near the town of Great Falls, Fairfield County, South Carolina and being designated as Lot 27, containing 0.68 acres, and Lot 27-A, containing 1.39 acres as shown on plat of survey entitled “Final Plat Debutary Pointe” prepared by Fisher-Sherer, Inc., PLS, dated March 12, 2001, amended March 27, 2001, further amended July 3, 2001, July 12, 2001, July 17, 2001 and July 20, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County, South Carolina on Plat Slide 605 page 486, which plat is incorporated herein and by reference made a part hereof.
