During the Ridgeway Christmas home tour on Saturday, Charlotte Floyd, above, conducted guest tours of ‘The Country House’ that she and her husband Michael renovated. The 4,800 square foot home was named the Columbia Metropolitan Magazine’s 2014 Home of the Year.
