COLUMBIA – Lady Bengals did not find the same success that the boys did in their region matchup at Spring Valley High School on Tuesday night. Spring Valley’s offense eased by the Lady Bengals as Vikings Taylor Lewis, Ashley Williamson, Kristian Wall and Tykiera Wiley all hit double digits.

Alexis Mims led Blythewood’s scoring efforts with 12 points. The Bengal loss comes after a heartbreaking one-point loss to White Knoll on Friday, Jan. 12.  Blythewood travels to Irmo on Friday for their second matchup of the season with the Yellow Jackets. When they faced off in December, Irmo came away with a 46-37 win.
