YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint concerning the minor children above and that you have failed to contact the agency in regards to your whereabouts in this action, the original of which has been filed in the office of the Richland County Clerk of Court, on January 4, 2018 at 4:28 PM, a copy of which will be delivered to you upon request; and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint upon the undersigned attorney for the Plaintiff at her office at 3220 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC 29204, within 30 days of service upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer said Complaint within the statutory time allotted, the Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in said Complaint. A hearing has been scheduled for June 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM.
