Mary Lucretia Allen Eisenreich

BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood resident, Mary Lucretia Allen Eisenreich, 64, passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, May 15th to be with her Lord. Attended by her husband of 43 years, David H. Eisenreich, and lovingly cared for by her mother, sister, children, nieces and nephew, she received the best of care and fought bravely against breast cancer.

Born in Louisville, KY on September 28, 1953 to Peggy L. Causey Allen and the late Andrew Cole (AC) Allen, she grew up in Bowling Green, KY, and St.Louis, MO.

Many in the community remember “Cretia” from her years of work at Blythewood Pharmacy along with her three children, Michelle (Shauna), Drew (Joseph) and Melissa (Justin) Reynolds.  She had a love of singing, crafting, sewing and working with her church family but her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren: Cooper, Harper, Miryam and Colette.

Known for her love, hope, faith and determination, Lucretia is survived by her mother, husband, three children, four grandchildren, sister, Becky Allen (Mickey) Ansley of Blythewood, along with a large and well loved network of relatives.

Her family wishes to express sincere appreciation for the significant support they have received from family members, friends, neighbors and her hospice care team.

A memorial celebration of her life will be led by E. Ralph Walden on Friday, May 25th, 2:00 PM at International Family Church located at 1311 Marley Dr, Columbia, SC 29210. A memorial page can be found at www.kornegayandmoseley.com.
