YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber at his offices, 111-A South Congress Street,  Post Office Drawer 329, Winnsboro, South Carolina, 29180, within thirty (30) days after the service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, judgement by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

NOTICE OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL

Pursuant to South Carolina Code Section 15-61-25, non-petitioning joint tenants or tenants-in-common who are interested in purchasing the property referenced herein and in accompanying filings may notify the Court of that interest no later than ten (10) days prior to the date set for trial of this case.

Notice is hereby given that an action has been commenced by the above-named plaintiff against the above-named defendants involving the ownership of the below identified property:

All that piece, parcel or tract of land, lying, being and situate on Boomerang Drive in west central Fairfield County, State of South Carolina, shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County in Plat Slide 605 at page 203, containing 6.34 acres, more or less, and bounded, now or formerly, on the north by the Coyden Herndon Estate; northeasterly by lands of T. W. Turkett, III; southeasterly by Tract Bof Anderson Owens; southwesterly by Boomerang Road, and being a portion of the premises conveyed to Dora Owens by deed recorded in the said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book “CD” at page 318.

TO: THE DEFENDANTS HEREIN, NAMES AND ADDRESSES UNKNOWN, INCLUDING ANY THEREOF WHO MAY BE MINORS OR UNDER OTHER LEGAL DISABILITY, IF ANY, WHETHER RESIDENTS OR NON-RESIDENTS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND TO THE NATURAL, GENERAL, TESTAMENTARY, GUARDIAN OR, COMMITTEE, OR OTHERWISE, AND TO THE PERSONS WITH WHOM THEY MAY RESIDE, IF ANY THERE BE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Order appointing Ernest M. Spong, III, of Winnsboro, South Carolina, as guardian ad litem for all persons whomsoever herein collectively designated as John Doe and Richard Roe, defendants herein, names and addresses unknown, including any thereof who may be minors or under other legal disability, whether residents or non-residents of South Carolina, was filed in the office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County on the 9th day of February, 2018.

YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE, that unless said minors or persons under legal disability, if any, or someone in their behalf, or in behalf of any of them, shall within 30 days after service of notice of this Order upon them by publication, exclusive of the day of such service, procure to be appointed for them, or either of them, a guardian ad litem to represent them for the purpose of this action, the said Order Appointing Guardian ad Litem will become absolute.
