NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Charlie Young to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Firstbank, its successors and assigns dated June 6, 2013, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Fairfield County on June 19, 2013, in Mortgage Book 1118 at Page 213. This mortgage was subsequently assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. by assignment dated February 12, 2016 and recorded February 24, 2016 in Book 1220 at Page 251.
The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof were, at the time of the making thereof and at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being near Winnsboro, Fairfield County, South Carolina, and being shown as Lot 2 Block “A” on plat of Chatham Forest prepared for Fairfield Development, Inc. by Palmetto Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc., March 17, 1987, last revised June 27, 1988, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Fairfield County at Slide 432 at Page 116, said lot having such boundaries and measure

ments as are shown on said plat.

This being the same property conveyed to Charlie Young by deed of Regions Bank dated June 7, 2013 and recorded June 19, 2013 in Book 1118 at Page 209 in the Clerk of Courts Office for Fairfield County.
