YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint, a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Complaint on the undersigned at, South Carolina Legal Services, 214 Johnston Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730 within thirty (30) days (thirty-five (35) days if service was by certified mail) after the service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to answer the Complaint within that time, Plaintiff shall apply to the court for a judgment by default against you for the relief demanded in the said Complaint. The Complaint was filed on September 24, 2018. A hearing has been scheduled for May 30, 2019 @ 9:30.
