WINNSBORO – Robbie Martin opened her third shop recently, this one in downtown Winnsboro, with a ribbon cutting, assisted by Mayor Roger Gaddy, friends and family.
Called Shades of Blue, the boutique is located at 143 S. Congress Street and will be open W – F from 11 – 5, Sat from 10-6 and Sun from 1 – 4. For all sizes and ages.
