I read recently in The Voice that our County Council has voted to revoke the (2nd) second citizen’s comment portion, of voicing their thoughts publicly.
It appears to me that the voice of the people in Fairfield County no longer counts.
I’ve lived in this county my entire life. My family has been here generations. I am sad to say, this is not a place I see as prospering or working towards the benefit of all the citizens.
We vote in the people hoping that they will keep their campaign promises and help the community.
We now come to find out that they are interested in helping only themselves.
It might be time to let God guide you – read Psalm 100.
