WINNSBORO – The City of Winnsboro celebrated Arbor Day by planting a tree on the green in front of the Mt. Zion Institute building on Dec. 6. Neighbors (on the left) stopped by to help put the finishing touches on the planting.

The Fairfield Soil & Water Conservation District partnered with the Town of Winnsboro to celebrate Arbor Day on the first Friday in December.
