BLYTHEWOOD – Two Westwood High School students, David Fair, left, and Blaine Harvey, addressed council Monday evening to announce that they are organizing a Teenage Republican’s club and are looking for a location to meet. They are also offering their services to volunteer for the town government and other community organizations.
