BLYTHEWOOD – It’s a Threepeat for Lady Bengals tennis. They finished region play Tuesday night with a 5-1 win over Spring Valley to secure their third consecutive region championship.
Hannah Myers (6-0, 6-1), Sophie Carlton (7-5, 3-6, (10-6)), Emma Carlton (6-1, 6-0), Rachel Truitt (6-1, 6-0), and Elizabeth Crawford (7-5, 6-2) picked up singles wins.
Blythewood’s win comes on the heels of last Thursday’s 6-0 win over Ridge View.
Myers (6-0, 6-0), Crawford (6-1, 6-1), Wyder (6-1, 6-2), Cindy Vann (6-1, 6-1), Taylar Burgess (6-0, 6-0) and Anna Nall (6-1, 6-2) won singles matches.
The Bengals face Camden next for a non-region match.
