Richard Winn moved to 5-4 on the season, 3-3 in conference play, after losses last week to Cambridge Academy and Wardlaw Academy.
The Eagles faced off with Cambridge on Tuesday in Greenwood. They fell 25-16 in the first set, but took the second 25-21. Cambridge won set three 25-16, but the Eagles sent the match into a deciding fifth set after a 25-15 win in the fourth. Cambridge clinched the win with a 15-12 final.
The Eagles fell to Wardlaw in four sets, 19-25, 21-25, 25-18 and 22-25. Games for this week were rescheduled.
