BLYTHEWOOD – Town Hall staff has given notice of the 2021 budget calendar that began Monday with staff going over budget items with the town administrator.
The budget discussions that lead to the final budget approval on June 28, are as follows:
March 17 – meet with mayor, administrator and finance to review first draft
March 18 – meet with mayor to discuss H-Tax and A-Tax budget
April 26 – council will discuss working raft at regular meeting
May 6 & 20 – budget workshops will be open to the public and held at the Manor
May 24 – first reading of the 21-22 budget at regular council meeting
June 28 – econd reading and public hearing of the budget at regular council meeting
