BLYTHEWOOD – Blythewood’s VillageChurch will host Night of Hope at Palmetto Citizen’s Amphitheater in Doko Park on Tuesday, March 23, featuring former USC Football Chaplain Adrian Despres.

The church’s pastor, Erik Estep, said the public is invited to hear Despres present a message of hope. The VillageChurch Band will lead the music, and there will be a special area by the playground for families with children.

Sanitation stations will be available around the Amphitheater with hand sanitizer and masks. Event parking will begin at 6 p.m. and the program at 7 p.m.

Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair, picnic blanket or both for an evening outside.

Visit the church’s website (www.blythewoodvillage.com) for any weather-related changes that could move the event inside at VillageChurch.

There will be two other opportunities to hear Despres at Village Church – on Sunday, March 21 at 9 and 10:30 a.m., and the next night (Monday, March 22) at 7 p.m. Each service has a different theme.
