Eagles end season with hardware

GEORGETOWN – Richard Winn’s JV Advanced team (above) of Miller Stuck, left, Connor Little and Brice Clowney placed third in last week’s Back Woods Quail Club State Championship in Georgetown. Clowney and Little both shot 95 and Stuck shot 92 for a team score of 282, just five out of first place.

Pictured below, TJ Knight,left,  Monty Sharpe and Dylan Albert took first place in the Rookie Division. Knight also had the Highest Over All at 92. Albert shot 90 and Sharpe 73.

The Senior Advanced Eagle team of Joey Banister, Ethan Dean and Tyler Tanner finished just short of the podium in fourth place with a team score of 269. Dean and Tanner shot 90, Banister shot 89.

 Some Eagle shooters will compete in the Junior US Open Championship in June.
