WINNSBORO – The Fairfield County GOP hosted Kizzie Smalls as speaker for the groups Aug. 3 monthly meeting at Cornwallis House Tea Co. Smalls, the 2nd Vice-Chair of the State GOP, spoke to the group about minority outreach.
The group meets at 6:30 p.m., the first Monday of each month at Cornwallis. The next meeting will be Sept. 7.
