WINNSBORO – Winnsboro Rotary President Arthur Lathan introduced Rotary International District Governor Joyce Morin (center) last week at the Rotary’s regular weekly meeting.
Morin was in town to inducted the Club’s newest member Jennifer Glover-Hawkins (right). During her visit, Morin commended the club for its commitment to community service and the projects that support the ideals of Rotary.
