FAIRFIELD COUNTY – The Winnsboro-Blythewood- Ridgeway Cookie Elves were at their cookie station Saturday for the 14th year, once again prepared to bring cheer to area seniors and shut-ins with boxes of homemade cookies.
Donning matching aprons, the elves, from left, Denise Jones, Phyllis Gutierrez, Janice Webb, Chief Elf Norma Branham, Terry Vickers, Jan Gregory, Beth Collins and visiting elf Ashley Ghere (not shown) met in Branham’s kitchen to fill about 100 gift boxes with seven varieties of cookies and fudge.
Their volunteer delivery man, Eddie Branham, and his crew delivered holiday cheer and the ribbon-wrapped treat boxes earlier this week.
