
CHARLESTON – Blythewood High School’s girls wrestling team competed in the inaugural Collins Rose Invitational, a women’s only event at Stall High School in Charleston, on Saturday, Jan. 18.
The Bengals, currently ranked No.3, finished second overall in the invitational, beating out second-ranked River Bluff. Rock Hill took first place in team points.
Seven Bengals finished in fourth place or higher at the meet.

The event was the final individual match of the season. The Bengals are set to compete in the Upper State Qualifier at Boiling Springs High School this weekend.
