WINNSBORO – Deemhyia English, right, and Sgt. Francine Goins prepare for the 3rd annual Martin Luther King Day Parade in downtown Winnsboro on Saturday. The parade was sponsored by Believers and Achievers. There were 15 entries in spite of a forecast of rain, which only amounted to a drizzle.
