WINNSBORO – Eunique Young-Wilson is the first winner of the 2020 Dennis Hunter Youth Award.  Young-Wilson is a graduate of Fairfield Central High School and Midlands Technical College.  She joined the WIOA program in 2018 and obtained training at MTC as a medical office specialist and as a certified nurse aide.
