Chamber holds Gala at The Farm

Business Person of the Year: Phil Frye, Blythewood Chamber of Commerce

BLYTHEWOOD – The Blythewood Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Awards Gala Banquet Saturday at the Farm at Ridgeway. The event was emceed by Janet Moak. Debra Dollarhide served as Gala Committee Chair.

There was music by Midlands Jazztet, dancing, photo ops, dinner provided by Little Pigs Barbecue and the presentation of the chamber’s annual awards.

Those awards went to Small Business of the Year, Sandy Khan representing State Farm; Large Business of the Year, Jasmin Fonce representing MekraLang North America; Community Service Award, Michaela Barno representing the Blythewood Farmer’s Market; and Business Person of the Year Phil Frye, representing the Chamber.
