BLYTHEWOOD – Greater Blythewood Chamber Interim Director Phil Frye, left, and board member Deborah McCutchan, right, presented Westwood High School graduate Abigail Daniel-Perez a $1,000 scholarship during Tuesday’s monthly Chamber meeting.
