Columbia: Mrs. Mangione, widow of Gaetano J. Mangione, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Born in Rochester, New York, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary Bach Karnisky.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church, Henderson, N.C., on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 10 a.m. with inurnment following in the church courtyard.
Mrs. Mangione was a laboratory technician for Van Leer Chocolate Company for many years. She was a long time parishioner of St James Catholic Church in Henderson, N.C.
Surviving is her daughter Karen D’Andrea of Blythewood, S.C.; sons Michael Mangione of Point Pleasant, N.J. and Richard Mangione of Greenville, S.C.; a brother Henry Karnisky of Rochester, N.Y. and five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family graciously requests that a donation be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
