BLYTHEWOOD: Funeral services for Mr. Carthell “BO” Nelson of Blythewood, S.C. were held Thursday, July 26, 2012, 1 p.m. at Nelson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Ridgeway, S.C. Public viewing was Wednesday, July 25, 2012, from 12:30 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Nelson passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2012. He was born on Aug. 21, 1950 in Blythewood, S.C. to the late Eddie White and Ida Nelson. He leaves to cherish his memories forever four sisters, Mrs. Alberta Simmons, Mrs. Christine (Charles) Solomon, Mrs. Ida Mae (Donald) Lampkin and Mrs. Mary Nelson Crudup; one brother, Mr. Willie James (Cora) Nelson; eight sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, 15 nieces, 12 nephews, 21 great nieces and a host of cousins, loving relatives and sorrowing friends.
