The Rev. Norris B. Turner and the Gethsemane Baptist Church Family invite you to worship with us on Sunday, Feb. 3, as Lawrence Coleman (pictured) will be this week’s Black History Month guest speaker. Coleman, an usher with the church, is a native of Blair. A father of four (Linda, Kelvin, Marcus and Jana), he spent 20 years in the S.C. National Guard and has been employed at V.C. Summer for 30 years. He has been a member of the Gethsemane Baptist church since early childhood. Gethsemane Baptist Church will feature a guest speaker each week for the Black History Month segment of the service in February.
