The Blythewood Rotary Club cooked 96 Boston Butts last week and raised $2,500 in support of community projects including providing dictionaries in elementary schools, supporting the Australian/BHS culinary exchange program and Salkehatchie, and adopting families in need. Some of the volunteers for the cook out were, back row from left, BHS Principal Keith Price, Chef William Turner, BHS students Kristi Harris and David Litchford, Chef Tom Sedio, Blythewood Mayor Mike Ross and Rotarians David and Captain Chris Cowan of the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
