Alyssa Hochhalter, an employee at Laura’s Tea Room in Ridgeway, prepares the shop’s store window for the Town’s D-Day festivities on Saturday. While the anniversary of D-Day is actually today (June 6), the Town will host a flagpole service at 6 p.m. on Saturday to commemorate the 70th anniversary of D-Day and honor all World War II veterans. The service will be followed by a parade featuring the veterans and a reception at 7 p.m.
