WINNSBORO – Graveside services for Joyce Coleman Wilson, 70, were held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 at Oaklawn Cemetery, 320 Garden St. in Winnsboro, conducted by the Rev. Chris Spires.
Mrs. Wilson passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014. Born in Vidalia, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Vernie and Frankie Driggers Coleman. Mrs. Wilson leaves behind a loving family and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Mr. Theron Wilson; one son, Michael F. Wilson (Mary Cathryn) of Winnsboro; one daughter, Dedra L. Wilson of Winnsboro; a brother, Edward E. Colman (Jill) of Winnsboro; one sister, Linda D. Sheriff (David) of Columbia, three grandchildren, Jonah, Hannah and Sean, plus many nieces, nephews and special cousins, Margaret and Bernice, and Bobby.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by one brother, Roger L. Coleman.
