Members of the Fairfield County Arts Council featured the flavors of summer at their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday evening with a tomato tasting at the Century House in Ridgeway. Sampling everything from tomato pie to a Mexican tomato dip to stuffed tomatoes are four FCAC board members: Linda Dye; Phyllis Gutierrez, vice-president; Darlene Embleton, secretary and Virginia Lacy, president. Speaker for the evening was Laurel Posey, S.C. Arts Commission Grants Coordinator.
