RIDGEWAY (Feb. 18, 2016) — Newly elected to the District 1 seat on the Fairfield County School Board, Sylvia Harrison, third from left, held a Meet & Greet for her constituents recently at Purity Lodge in Ridgeway. Harrison’s daughter, Monique McDaniels, left, and her husband Walter McDaniels assisted with the reception as Harrison greeted constituents Bessie Edwards; Joyce Dean; R’Moni Dean, 8; Moses Taylor and Delores Evans. Harrison took the oath of office in January and attended her first Board meeting Jan. 19.
