WINNSBORO – Mr. Dewey T. Bost, 82, died on Thursday, April 7, 2016. Born in Newton, N.C., he was the son of the late Logan Tate and Wanda Keener Bost. Mr. Bost graduated from N.C. State University and was employed as an Electrical Engineer. He also served in the United Stated Coast Guard.
Mr. Bost is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gloria Coiner Bost of the home; one daughter, Laura Jean Bostof Winnsboro; two brothers, Jerald Bost of Hickory, N.C. and Robert Bost of Maiden, N.C.; two sisters, Virginia McIntyre of Charlotte, N.C. and Josephine Jackson of Gainesville, Ga.; and one grandson, Andrew Logan Robinson.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bost is predeceased by one brother, Clyde Bost; and two sisters, Betty Ellen Bost and Alvo Bost.
Services for Dewey will be private.
