RIDGEWAY (May 5, 2016) — Putting the finishing touches on art displays in The Century House Tuesday evening for this weekend’s Arts on the Ridge festival are Virginia Lacy, President of the Fairfield County Council on Art, and Phyllis Guttierrez, Chairwoman of Arts on the Ridge.
