WINNSBORO – Funeral services for Pastor James Thomas White, 71, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Cornerstone Winnsboro Church of God, 165 Columbia Road in Winnsboro. Burial will follow in Fairfield Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church.
Pastor White died on Friday, May 20, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 3, 1944 in Gastonia, N.C., he was the son of the late Boone White and Ruby Dixon White. Pastor White was the beloved Pastor of Cornerstone Winnsboro Church of God.
He is survived by wife of 51 years, Drema M. White; one son, James Thomas White II (April); two daughters, Robin Branham and Amanda Bartlett (Benjamin); three sisters, Betty Tanner (Ben), Jean Douglas (Wallace) and Wally Anderson; and four grandchildren, Alexis, Bailey, Cailyn Branham and Arabella White.
