James III, Special Referee, at the Courtroom of The Town of Winnsboro located at 117 West Washington Street, Winnsboro, South Carolina for the 29th day of March, 2017, at 10 o’clock a.m. to take the testimony arising under the pleadings, hear and dispose of any and all issues, to make his findings of fact and conclusions of law and enter final judgment in the case.
